The client should provide accurate, complete, and updated information. Cooperate during counselling sessions. Attend scheduled sessions punctually.
Follow the counsellor's advice at your discretion; however, you remain responsible for your career decisions.
We are not liable for any career choices or academic decisions made by you. We are not responsible for any loss, damages, job recommendations, or costs arising from the use of our services and website. Our services are guidance-only, not guarantees.
We respect your privacy and keep your personal information confidential, except when legally required to disclose it or to prevent harm to yourself and others, or with your written consent.
We may anonymise data for research or service improvement.
Fees paid for counselling sessions booked with Infinevo are refundable if the booking is cancelled by the customer up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time of the counselling session.
The clients can also reschedule the counselling session up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time of the counselling session.
If the customer fails to cancel as per the above clauses and doesn’t attend the counselling session at the scheduled time, then the customer shall not be eligible for a refund of fees or rescheduling. Refund shall be made through the mode in which the payment was made by the customer to Infinevo and will be subject to the payment service provider's terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
